    This agreement is governed by Russian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Moscow courts.

Gitlife is an online code collaboration and task management platform for enterprises and teams (hereinafter referred to as "Gitlife" or "the Platform"), provided by Shenzhen Oschina Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Oschina Network"). Please read the following terms carefully. If you disagree with any provision, you may choose not to access or use Gitlife's services, including but not limited to websites, third-party application interfaces, and mobile applications. Successful registration, whether or not you access Gitlife or publish any content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") on Gitlife, signifies your (hereinafter referred to as "User") complete acceptance of all terms herein.

1. Information Disclosure and Protection
  1. Users agree that Gitlife may collect and use user information for the following purposes:

    1. When registering a Gitlife account, Gitlife collects the user's nickname; when registering for the Pro version, Gitlife collects the user's and their company's relevant information and identification, including but not limited to company name, unified social credit code, business license information, work ID, etc.
    2. Gitlife collects personal information such as development platforms, location, email, personal signature, and job title when users complete their profiles.
    3. When using Gitlife, Gitlife collects information such as browser/mobile device type, browser/mobile device language, and IP address.
    4. When using Gitlife, Gitlife collects any information users publish, bookmark, or follow on the platform.
    5. If users log in via third-party accounts (Github, Yandex, Gitlife), Gitlife will access and obtain public information (including nickname and avatar) registered, published, or recorded on those platforms.
    6. To conduct internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve Gitlife's products or services.
  2. Gitlife respects and protects the personal information of all individuals accessing the platform. Gitlife will not provide your non-public personal information to third parties, except under the following circumstances:

    1. With your explicit prior authorization;
    2. When necessary to provide Gitlife's services;
    3. When required by judicial, administrative, or other governmental authorities;
    4. When necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Gitlife and Oschina Network or public interests;
    5. When necessary for Gitlife to cooperate with third parties to provide related network services;
    6. When necessary for disclosure to third parties acquiring all or part of our business;
    7. When required by laws and regulations.
  3. User information collected by Gitlife will be stored and processed on servers located in the Russian Federation, unless otherwise required by law. We promise to maintain the privacy and integrity of user information regardless of where it is stored, using encryption and other technical measures to protect data.

  4. We will take reasonably feasible measures to avoid collecting and processing irrelevant personal information. We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless required by law.

  5. Gitlife and Oschina Network shall not be liable for any leakage, loss, theft, or tampering of personal information caused by the following:

    1. Hacking, computer virus intrusion or outbreaks, government control, or other force majeure events beyond Gitlife's and Oschina Network's control that temporarily affect normal operations;
    2. The inherent insecurity of internet information transmission;
    3. Users disclosing passwords or sharing accounts with others;
    4. Any other websites linked to Gitlife.
2. Device and Mobile Application Permissions
  1. When you use your device's camera to change avatars or upload photos, we will request camera access. This permission is used only with your consent. If denied, you cannot use the camera function but can still use other Gitlife services.

  2. When adding or modifying avatars or uploading images, we will request gallery access. If denied, you cannot add images or modify avatars but can still use other Gitlife services.

  3. When sharing source code, documentation, or user profiles, we will request write access to your gallery to temporarily store files for third-party sharing SDKs. Temporary files are deleted after sharing.

  4. When updating the app, we will request installation permissions. If denied, you cannot use the auto-update feature but can still use other Gitlife services.

3. Third-Party SDKs
  1. Gitlife Oauth, Yandex Oauth, GitHub Oauth: These login SDKs provide only openId and token information to help with registration, login, account unbinding, and cancellation. We cannot obtain your financial information or personally identifiable information through these SDKs.

  2. Alipay SDK, WeChat Pay SDK: Used for tipping open-source projects. Payment information (transaction amount, platform, order time, status, etc.) is stored on our servers to ensure transaction security and provide customer service. We cannot obtain your financial information or personally identifiable information through these SDKs.

  3. Analytics SDKs may access your app list for internal audits and data analysis to improve Gitlife's products and services.

4. Infringement Handling

Content published on Gitlife reflects users' personal views, not Gitlife's. If you find infringing content, first contact the author. If unresolved, you may file a complaint. Gitlife may take measures including content removal or account suspension. Users bear all liability for infringing content, including compensation for damages to Gitlife's reputation.

      1. You agree to comply with these Terms of Service and related management norms and procedures. You understand that these agreements and norms may change from time to time. If any content of these Terms is modified, Gitlife will notify you of the changes by posting an announcement on %{host} at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree with the modifications, you have the right to stop using Gitlife's services when the changes take effect, in which case Gitlife will settle any service fees with you (if applicable). If you continue to use Gitlife's services after the changes take effect, it will be deemed that you accept the modifications.
      2. You shall pay the corresponding service fees according to Gitlife's page prompts and these Terms.
      3. You promise:
        1. If your use of Gitlife's services requires permission or approval from relevant national authorities, you shall obtain such permission or approval.
        2. Unless expressly permitted in writing by Gitlife, you shall not modify, translate, adapt, rent, sublicense, disseminate on information networks, or transfer the services or software provided by Gitlife, nor reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of Gitlife's services or software.
        3. If Gitlife's services involve third-party software licenses, you agree to comply with the relevant license agreements.
        4. You shall not distribute email advertisements or spam (SPAM): use Gitlife's services to send large amounts of unsolicited emails, electronic advertisements, or emails containing harmful information such as reactionary or pornographic content.
        5. You shall not use Gitlife's resources and services to upload, download, store, or publish the following information or content, nor provide any convenience for others to publish such information (including but not limited to setting URLs, banner links, etc.):
          1. Political propaganda and/or news information that violates national regulations;
          2. Information involving state secrets and/or security;
          3. Feudalistic, superstitious, obscene, pornographic, vulgar information, or information that incites crime;
          4. Illegal internet publishing activities such as gambling with prizes, gambling games, "private servers," or "cheats";
          5. Information that violates national ethnic and religious policies;
          6. Information that hinders internet security;

        8. You shall not engage in other illegal, non-compliant, or behavior that violates Gitlife's Terms of Service.
        9. If Gitlife discovers that you violate the above terms, it has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to immediately terminating services, suspending services, or deleting relevant information. If a third party raises questions or complaints against you, Gitlife will notify you, and you are responsible for providing explanations and evidence within the specified time. If you fail to provide sufficient counter-evidence or fail to respond on time, Gitlife will take measures including but not limited to immediately terminating services, suspending services, or deleting relevant information. If Gitlife cannot contact you due to your failure to update or provide correct contact information, it will be deemed as your failure to respond on time. If Gitlife terminates or suspends services, fees will not be refunded.
      4. You shall not upload, download, store, or publish pirated software on the Gitlife platform; you shall bear full responsibility for the consequences of your actions (such as uploading software and performing operations).
      5. You are responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of the data you store on Gitlife and the passwords for accessing and managing various products and services on Gitlife. Any losses or consequences caused by improper maintenance or confidentiality on your part shall be borne by you.
      6. You are responsible for the content you store on Gitlife. If the publicly shared information violates laws, regulations, departmental rules, national policies, or these Terms, you shall bear all resulting consequences and responsibilities.
      7. You understand that Gitlife cannot guarantee that its services are flawless, but Gitlife is committed to continuously improving service quality and standards. Therefore, you agree that even if Gitlife's services have flaws that are unavoidable given current industry standards, such flaws shall not be considered a breach by Gitlife. You agree to work with Gitlife to resolve such issues.
      8. Within three working days after the contract takes effect and payment is completed, Gitlife will assist you in configuring and implementing the "Rented Code Hosting Platform" and conduct system debugging and troubleshooting. Gitlife will provide you with relevant technical interfaces and specifications for fulfilling this agreement. Other technical development shall be independently completed by you according to Gitlife's interface specifications. If you require Gitlife's assistance, additional development fees will apply. Gitlife shall compensate for any losses caused to you.
      9. Gitlife provides you with secure code hosting services and promises to ensure the security of your source code.
    2. Gitlife's Rights and Obligations:
      1. Gitlife shall provide services in accordance with these Terms.
      2. After the contract is signed and payment is completed, Gitlife shall provide you with contact information such as customer service phone numbers and QQ numbers.
      3. Gitlife shall assist you in configuring and implementing the "Rented Code Hosting Platform."
      4. Gitlife shall use the services for lawful purposes and comply with Russian Federation laws and regulations during service use. All provided services must have obtained the necessary publication rights and lawful usage rights. Gitlife does not permit you to use the services for illegal purposes or to disseminate non-compliant information. You shall bear all resulting responsibilities, and Gitlife shall have no relation to such matters. If Gitlife suffers losses due to the above reasons, it has the right to hold you accountable.
  2. Term, Termination, and Succession of Terms
    1. These Terms take effect from the date signed by authorized representatives, confirmed via webpage click, or otherwise accepted. Gitlife will activate accounts based on service duration and charge fees according to the contract.
    2. If you fail to pay renewal fees 10 working days before the expiration of these Terms, services will terminate after the current payment period ends. Gitlife reserves the right to downgrade account services or deactivate accounts and delete all files, and you shall bear all resulting losses.
    3. Unilateral Termination: Either party may unilaterally terminate this agreement under the following circumstances:
      1. If the other party materially breaches this agreement and fails to rectify within 30 days of written notice;
      2. If the other party becomes insolvent, files for bankruptcy, enters bankruptcy proceedings, undergoes bankruptcy asset management, liquidation, or debt recovery;
      3. If the other party is petitioned for bankruptcy, or undergoes trusteeship, liquidation, or debt recovery;
      4. If such petition or proceeding is not withdrawn within 60 days of filing.
    4. Effects of Termination:
      1. From the termination date, all receivables shall become due;
      2. Within 30 days of termination, you shall return Gitlife's proprietary information such as trade secrets, except for backups required for legal or accounting purposes.
    5. Succession of Terms:
      1. If either party undergoes corporate changes, mergers, or spin-offs, it shall notify the other party in writing for modification, and these Terms shall automatically be inherited by the new entity.
  3. Intellectual Property
    1. You warrant that materials submitted to Gitlife, your use of Gitlife's services, and results produced therefrom do not infringe any third-party rights. If a third party claims against Gitlife for copyright infringement, violation of rights, or breach of Russian or other applicable laws, you shall compensate Gitlife for any costs or losses and fully indemnify Gitlife.
    2. If a third party questions or complains about intellectual property rights related to materials used in Gitlife's services, you shall provide relevant intellectual property proof and cooperate with Gitlife's complaint handling.
    3. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in materials, technology, technical support, software, or services provided by Gitlife belong to Gitlife or third parties. Unless expressly permitted in writing by Gitlife or third parties, you may not copy, disseminate, transfer, license, or provide such resources to others, otherwise you shall bear corresponding liabilities.
  4. Confidentiality
    1. For this agreement, "Proprietary Information" refers to information developed, created, discovered, owned by, or transferred to the disclosing party during cooperation between Gitlife and you, which has commercial value to the disclosing party's business. Proprietary Information includes but is not limited to trade secrets, computer programs, design techniques, proprietary technology, processes, data, business and product development plans, customer information related to the disclosing party's business, and other information, or confidential information received by the disclosing party from others. Both parties understand that the disclosing party owns Proprietary Information, which is crucial to the disclosing party; the cooperation between Gitlife and you creates a confidential and trust-based relationship regarding Proprietary Information.
    2. Without prior written consent from the disclosing party, neither party shall disclose any Proprietary Information to any person or entity, except as necessary to fulfill obligations under this agreement.
    3. Both Gitlife and you shall keep confidential the cooperation and specific content of this agreement. Without prior written consent from the other party, neither party shall disclose the cooperation or specific content of this agreement to any third party or use it for purposes outside this contract.
    4. The confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this agreement.
    5. Unless expressly licensed or granted herein, this agreement does not involve any technology transfer. All rights, titles, and interests in Gitlife's collaborative communication platform technology belong solely to Gitlife. All rights, titles, and interests in your technology belong solely to you. You and Gitlife warrant not to directly or indirectly reverse engineer, decompose, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the other party's source code or trade secrets.
  5. Force Majeure
    1. "Force Majeure" refers to all events beyond the reasonable control of both parties to this agreement, which are unforeseeable or, though foreseeable, cannot be prevented or avoided through reasonable efforts, and which occur after these Terms take effect, preventing either party from fully or partially performing this agreement.
    2. If all the following conditions are met, a party's failure to perform any obligation under this agreement shall not be deemed a breach: if Force Majeure prevents a party from fully performing its obligations under this agreement, both parties shall immediately consult to find reasonable solutions and make all reasonable efforts to minimize the consequences of Force Majeure.
    3. Within 5 working days of a Force Majeure event, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing, explaining why it failed or could not fully perform its obligations under this agreement, and the performance period shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    1. Negotiation and Arbitration. In case of disputes arising from or related to this agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If disputes remain unresolved 60 days after one party delivers written notice requesting negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration under the following terms: arbitration shall be conducted in Shenzhen Arbitration Commission according to its arbitration rules; the arbitration award is final and binding on both parties, and unless the arbitrator rules otherwise, arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party.
    2. Continuing Rights and Obligations. During any dispute or arbitration, except for the disputed matters, both parties shall continue to exercise their remaining rights and perform other obligations under this agreement.
  7. Governing Law
    1. The validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws and local regulations of the Russian Federation.
  8. Miscellaneous
    1. Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, a party's failure or delay in exercising its rights under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights, and any single or partial exercise of rights shall not preclude further exercise.
    2. Severability: The invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
    3. Entire Agreement: This agreement and its attachments constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the substantive matters herein and supersede all prior oral or written summaries, memoranda, contracts, and agreements.
    4. Notice: If you fail to pay renewal fees on time, services will terminate after the current payment period ends. Gitlife reserves the right to deactivate accounts and delete all files, and you shall bear all resulting losses.
    5. Breach: If Gitlife violates relevant laws, regulations, or these Terms and causes you losses, Gitlife agrees to compensate for such damages. In any case, Gitlife's compensation is limited to direct economic losses and shall not exceed the total service fees collected during the current service period.
      If you breach these Terms, you agree to pay Gitlife liquidated damages and compensate for damages; if any third party suffers losses, you agree to bear all resulting losses.
